My colleagues in Florida, equity partners at top CD firms, bill at $650 per hour for their time.
Depending upon the severity and complexity of the case, their client agreements will require an upfront payment of between $50,000 to $300,000. When your money runs out, they stop working.
That’s the top you asked about, most CD guys are way less, but none below the $150/hr rate.
